Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a novel chimeric antigen receptor using a CD99 region involved in immune synapse stabilization as a backbone of the chimeric antigen receptor, an immune cell comprising the same, and a use thereof. Compared with a CAR-T cell having an existing skeleton, the CAR-T cell based on CD99 forms a more stable immune synapse with a tumor cell and shows an improved tumor treatment effect, and thus can be used for immune cell therapy.
