Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a novel chimeric antigen receptor using a CD99 region involved in immune synapse stabilization as a backbone of the chimeric antigen receptor, an immune cell comprising the same, and a use thereof. Compared with a CAR-T cell having an existing skeleton, the CAR-T cell based on CD99 forms a more stable immune synapse with a tumor cell and shows an improved tumor treatment effect, and thus can be used for immune cell therapy. 本发明涉及将参与免疫突触稳定的CD99区域用作嵌合抗原受体的骨架(backbone)的新型嵌合抗原受体以及包含其的免疫细胞及其用途。与具有现有骨架的CAR-T细胞相比,基于CD99的CAR-T细胞与肿瘤细胞形成更稳定的免疫突触,并表现出改善的肿瘤治疗效果,因此可用于免疫细胞治疗。
