Printhead alignment

Examples described herein relate to printhead alignment in a printing system that can print onto media of varying stiffness. An example method includes determining a flatness profile of a print medium of a first type on an imprint of a printing device. Using the flatness profile of the first type of print media, a first alignment compensation value for the printhead is determined for printing onto the first type of print media on the imprint.
