According to the invention, TiN, SiO2, CeO2 and WS2 are taken as powder raw materials, the composite coating is prepared on the surface of a medical stainless steel matrix through laser cladding by adopting a synchronous powder feeding method, and the composite coating prepared by taking TiN as a basic material and matching with auxiliary raw materials such as SiO2, CeO2 and WS2 has excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
