Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of aluminum alloy materials, and particularly relates to Al-Si series aluminum alloy liquid which is composed of silicon, magnesium, zinc, antimony, rhenium, tellurium and aluminum, and the Al-Si series aluminum alloy liquid is prepared from, by mass, 4.8%-6.2% of silicon, 0.40%-0.65% of magnesium, 1.2%-1.8% of zinc, 0.10%-0.25% of antimony, 0.2%-0.8% of rhenium, 0.05%-0.10% of tellurium and the balance aluminum. The aluminum alloy liquid can be directly used for semi-solid casting, secondary smelting is not needed, the production efficiency is improved, the strength is guaranteed, meanwhile, the ductility is improved, and the casting forming effect is better.
本发明属于铝合金材料技术领域,具体涉及一种Al-Si系铝合金液,所述铝合金液由硅、镁、锌、锑、铼、碲和铝组成,成分按照质量百分比计为:硅4.8-6.2%、镁0.40-0.65%、锌1.2-1.8%、锑0.10-0.25%、铼0.2-0.8%、碲0.05-0.10%,余量为铝。本发明的铝合金液能够直接用于半固态铸造,不需要再次的熔炼,提升了生产效率,并且在保证强度的同时,提升了延伸率,使得铸造成型效果更好。 |
