Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a detection method of a glycosylated exosome PD-L1. The detection method comprises the following steps: 1) separating the exosome; 2) connecting a first conjugate with a first DNA, wherein the first conjugate can be combined with the glycosyl of the exosome; 3) adding a conjugate of the first conjugate and the first DNA; (4) adding a PD-L1 aptamer; 5) diluting the reaction solution; 6) adding the connecting arm DNA; 7) connecting the first DNA with the PD-L1 aptamer by the DNA ligase under the action of a connecting arm; and 8) amplifying the connecting part of the first DNA complementary with the connecting arm and the PD-L1 aptamer, and detecting an amplification signal. According to the method, the glycosylated exosome PD-L1 is specifically detected, glycoprotein does not need to be separated and released, the detection sensitivity is high, the detection limit is 1.09 pg/mL, and the method is suitable for various biological systems.
