The strain has a relatively strong control effect on hemiptera pests such as aphids, aleyrodids, plant hoppers and scale insects, lepidoptera pests such as plutella xylostella, beet armyworms, cabbage caterpillars and prodenia litura, coleoptera pests such as grubs, wireworms and geotrichum candidum, and wax cicada and cockroaches; the compound has an obvious inhibition effect on a plurality of phytopathogens such as damping off, fusarium wilt, black rot, ring rot, red rot, bacterial wilt, leaf spot, sheath blight, smut, root rot, white rot, early blight, gray mold, powdery mildew and anthracnose; by applying the strain fermentation liquor, the plant growth can be obviously promoted; moreover, the method is good in environmental safety and has a good application prospect in the aspect of being developed into biological insecticides and biological pest
