The invention relates to a modified ardealite-based organic phase-change composite heat storage material and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing a phase-change heat storage microcapsule with paraffin as an inner core and SiO2 as a shell with modified ardealite, and curing to obtain the composite heat storage material.
