Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a sulfamethoxazole fluorescent probe as well as a preparation method and application of the sulfamethoxazole fluorescent probe, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a sulfamethoxazole (SMX) fluorescent probe stock solution; (2) preparing a sulfamethoxazole fluorescent probe working solution; (3) culturing a human colonic adenocarcinoma cell line Caco-2 and a human non-small cell lung cancer cell line A549; (4) treating Caco-2 and A549 cells by using a sulfamethoxazole fluorescent probe working solution; (5) fluorescence imaging; and (6) data analysis.
