Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of organic synthetic chemistry, and discloses a synthetic method of a 4-iodine-2, 3-diene sulfone compound. According to the method, under the condition that tert-butyl hydroperoxide (TBHP) serves as a green oxidizing agent, a target molecule is synthesized in one step through conjugated enyne, sulfonyl hydrazide and I2 three-molecule high-regioselectivity 1, 4-sulfonation-iodination reaction. According to the method, transition metal or a photocatalyst and the like do not need to be used as a catalyst, the problem of trace metal residues during product separation is avoided, only N2, water and tert-butyl alcohol by-products are generated, and the method is environmentally friendly. Besides, the method has the characteristics of mild conditions, simple steps, cheap and easily available raw materials, wide substrate range and the like, and a new method is provided for synthesis of the 4-iodine-2, 3-diene sulfone compound.
