Comprising the following steps: (1) adding a phosphoric acid solution into a microwave digestion tank; (2) putting the microwave digestion tank into a microwave digestion instrument, and carrying out microwave cleaning; and (3) taking out the microwave digestion tank which is composed of a digestion tube and a digestion cover, carrying out pure water flushing, low-concentration alkaline solution flushing, low-concentration acid solution flushing and pure water flushing on the digestion tube and the digestion cover respectively, and finally drying for later use.
