The invention discloses a personalized content recommendation method based on a parking card Roadside unit (PCRSU), which comprises the following steps of: selecting a parking card Roadside unit (PCRSU); the method comprises the steps that firstly, a PCRSU collects historical search information of a vehicle user in the next period, and according to similarity comparison, the most interested content of the vehicle user is selected for recommendation. And meanwhile, service information which is frequently accessed by the vehicle user in a point of interest (POI) area where the PCRSU is located is collected. And secondly, integrating recommended content ranking lists generated by the two elements into a final ranking list by using a linear fusion framework, and caching the content in the list into the PCRSU in advance. And finally, periodically updating the cached content, deleting personalized recommendation content of the user vehicle after the user vehicle leaves the communication range, and releasing the mem
