Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method and a system for detecting the precision of parts on a stacker. The detection system comprises a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), a CNC (Computer Numerical Control) controller, a sensor and a detection unit, the PLC controller and the CNC controller form a mutual feedback mechanism; the sensor transmits a signal indicating whether a part exists in the current tray or not to the PLC; the CNC controller is used for controlling the movement of the detection unit; and the detection unit is used for detecting the precision of the part. According to the method and system for detecting the precision of the parts on the stacker, the PLC and the CNC are adopted for online operation, the PLC controls the stacker to act, the CNC controls the detection unit to act, and therefore detection of the precision of all the parts on the stacker is completed, control is flexible and convenient, and the detection precision is high.
