Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a non-cracking nickel-based composite material coating with high wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and belongs to the technical field of laser spraying. Niobium powder, tantalum powder, niobium carbide powder, niobium boride powder, tantalum carbide powder, tantalum boride powder and other reinforced ceramic phase powder are added into the nickel-based composite material coating; niobium and tantalum are both strong carbide forming metal elements and can be preferentially combined with carbon in a molten pool to generate niobium carbide or tantalum carbide, formation of coarse carbide is avoided, the niobium and the tantalum preferentially grow in the molten pool, meanwhile, a certain proportion of strengthening ceramic phase powder is additionally added, the dispersion strengthening effect can be achieved, and the hardness of the alloy is prevented from being greatly reduced; therefore, the plasticity and toughness of the nickel-based composite material powder are improved thr
