Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides low-temperature sintered solar cell front conductive paste and a preparation method and application thereof. The front conductive paste comprises the following raw materials: conductive metal powder, a glass powder composition and an organic carrier, wherein the organic carrier comprises acrylic resin and polyethylene resin, the total content of the acrylic resin and the polyethylene resin is 5-10 parts based on 100 parts of the total weight of the organic carrier, and the organic carrier does not contain cellulose resin. The invention also provides a preparation method of the solar cell front conductive paste. The solar cell front conductive paste can be sintered at low temperature and has good printability and plasticity.
本发明提供了一种低温烧结的太阳能电池正面导电浆料及其制法和应用。该正面导电浆料的原料组成包括:导电金属粉、玻璃粉组合物及有机载体;其中,有机载体包括丙烯酸树脂和聚乙烯类树脂,按有机载体总重量为100份计,丙烯酸树脂和聚乙烯类树脂的含量总和为5份-10份,且有机载体中不含纤维素树脂。本发明还提供了上述太阳能电池正面导电浆料的制备方法。本发明的太阳能电池正面导电浆料可以低温烧结且具有良好的印刷性和塑性。 |
