The invention discloses a simulation method and system for establishing a working link of a remote sensing satellite system. The method comprises the following steps: determining a visible link and visible duration between each remote sensing satellite and each earth station; taking the orbit epoch moment as an initial time node, and selecting the visible link with the longest visible duration time under the initial time node from all the visible links to establish a working link; recombining remote sensing satellites and earth stations in other visible links to establish a working link; determining the working link with the shortest visible duration in all the working links under the initial time node, and taking the end moment of the visible duration of the working link as a judgment time node; judging the state of each earth station under the judgment time node; and a final working link is established according to the state of the earth station.
