The limiting mechanism comprises a first limiting cable, a first connecting plate, a first connecting column, a rotating cylinder, a second connecting column, a second connecting plate, a connecting arm, a second limiting cable and an anchor bolt, ground waves are transmitted and received through the radar body, a motor works to drive rotating teeth to rotate, the rotating teeth are matched with meshed outer teeth to drive the rotating cylinder to rotate on the second connecting column, and the rotating cylinder rotates on the second connecting column; the threaded hole is matched with the first connecting column connected in a threaded mode, then the first connecting column is driven to
