The multiple analyte detection method comprises the following steps: providing micron particles; the micrometer particle is coupled with at least one first ligand and comprises a body and a plurality of first protrusions formed on the surface of the body. Then, mixing the micron particles with various to-be-analyzed substances to form a first compound; thereafter, the first complex is mixed with a plurality of second ligands bearing a plurality of labels such that the plurality of second ligands bind to the plurality of analytes in the first complex and form a second complex.
