Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for preparing 5-methylpyrazine-2-carboxylic acid by using immobilized Escherichia coli cells, which comprises the following steps of: 1, respectively fermenting and culturing recombinant Escherichia coli cells for expressing xylene monooxygenase, benzyl alcohol dehydrogenase and benzaldehyde dehydrogenase by using Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3), and centrifuging to obtain thalli; 2, re-suspending the thallus, and uniformly mixing and stirring the thallus with polyethyleneimine and glutaraldehyde to prepare immobilized recombinant escherichia coli cells; and step 3, taking 2, 5-dimethylpyrazine as a substrate, taking the immobilized recombinant escherichia coli cell as a catalyst, and carrying out catalytic synthesis to obtain the 5-methylpyrazine-2-carboxylic acid.
