The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a pretreating agent with a mesoporous material to obtain a pretreated mesoporous material; (2) mixing a perovskite quantum dot precursor, the pretreated mesoporous material and nano inorganic particles, and sintering to obtain the perovskite quantum dots, wherein the perovskite quantum dot precursor comprises a perovskite raw material precursor and/or a perovskite bulk phase material.
