One end of a first resistor of the discharge vehicle control guide circuit is connected with a first power supply. A first end of a first detection module of the charging and discharging connection device is connected with a vehicle body ground, and a first end of a second detection module of the charging and discharging connection device is connected with a charging vehicle; the second end of the first resistor is connected with the second end of the first detection module and the second end of the second detection module and is configured as a first charging and discharging detection point.
