The invention discloses a multi-source heat pump system of an electric vehicle. The multi-source heat pump system comprises an electric drive cooling loop, an in-vehicle air conditioner loop, an in-vehicle warm air loop and a battery heat exchange loop. The in-vehicle air conditioner loop comprises a compressor and a switching valve set, and cooling of a passenger compartment and/or a battery and heating of the passenger compartment and/or the battery through environment heat can be achieved by switching the flow direction of a refrigerant.
