Immunostimulatory lipid complexes, pharmaceutical compositions comprising immunostimulatory lipid complexes, and uses thereof

The present disclosure provides an immunostimulatory lipid complex comprising a liposome and at least one immunostimulatory nucleic acid drug, the immunostimulatory nucleic acid drug being compounded with the liposome, the liposome comprising 40 to 85 mol% of a cationic lipid, 10 to 50 mol% of cholesterol, and 0.001 to 20 mol% of a modified polyethylene glycol lipid.
