An electronic device and method of selecting a feature of an electrocardiogram are provided. The method includes: acquiring an electrocardiogram; performing first pretreatment on the electrocardiogram to generate a first electrocardiogram; marking a plurality of endpoints corresponding to the at least one wave on the first electrocardiogram; calculating a first feature value corresponding to the first feature according to a plurality of endpoints of the at least one wave, generating a first efficiency index corresponding to the machine learning model according to the first feature value, and judging whether to select the first feature according to the first efficiency index; and outputting the first feature in response to selecting the first feature. 本发明提供一种选择心电图的特征的电子装置和方法。方法包含：取得心电图；对心电图进行第一前处理以产生第一心电图；在第一心电图上标记对应于至少一种波的多个端点；根据至少一种波的多个端点计算对应于第一特征的第一特征值，根据第一特征值产生对应于机器学习模型的第一效能指标，并且根据第一效能指标判断是否选择第一特征；以及响应于选择第一特征而输出第一特征。
