A shooting method and an unmanned aerial vehicle, the method comprising: controlling the unmanned aerial vehicle to fly according to a preset route, the preset route comprising a plurality of waypoints, a shooting point being arranged between adjacent waypoints and/or a part or all of the plurality of waypoints being taken as the shooting point; in the process that the unmanned aerial vehicle flies from the current shooting point to the next shooting point, controlling a cradle head (300) on the unmanned aerial vehicle to switch the attitude, so that a shooting device (200) on the cradle head (300) is in a preset attitude at each shooting point; acquiring an image shot by the shooting device (200) at each shooting point; a plurality of continuous shooting points form a queue, and adjacent queues at least have a shooting point with the same preset posture. The unmanned aerial vehicle does not need to stop flying in the shooting process, the shooting efficiency is improved, and the method is particularly suitab
