Flexible insulated cable and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a flexible insulated cable and a preparation method thereof. The cable comprises a sheath and a wire core sleeved with the sheath. The wire core comprises a conductor which is a tinned copper conductor; the outer layer of the conductor is coated with the insulating layer, and the insulating layer is a calcined mica tape; and the outer layer of the insulating layer is coated with the wrapping layer, and the wrapping layer is a glass fiber tape. The preparation method is used for preparing the cable.
