The low-temperature-drift hysteresis comparator comprises a compensation current generation module and an internal hysteresis comparison module. The compensation current generation module generates compensation current influenced by the technology, the compensation current generated by the compensation current generation module is provided for the internal hysteresis comparison module, and the internal hysteresis comparison module can generate the compensation current on the basis of achieving the hysteresis transmission characteristic. The low-temperature-drift hysteresis comparator which is low in influence of process and temperature is realized through cooperation of the modules, and the accuracy of the hysteresis comparator can also be ensured for application scenes with a wide temperature range.
