Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to highly grafted active lignin as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving lignin in a sodium hydroxide/urea/water mixed solution at a certain temperature to obtain a lignin mixed solution; dilute hydrochloric acid is dropwise added into the lignin mixed solution, lignin particles are separated out, and the lignin particles are washed with water for multiple times; putting the washed and dehydrated lignin particles into a buffer solution, adding laccase, and stirring for a period of time at a certain temperature; and finally, washing the product with water for multiple times, and drying to obtain the high-grafting active lignin. The phenolic hydroxyl group content of the prepared high-grafting active lignin is increased by 30-60% compared with that before the reaction; and the DPPH free radical scavenging rate and the PTIO free radical scavenging rate of the highly grafted active lignin are respectively 70-95%
