The synthesis method comprises the following steps: adding phenol into a reactor, adjusting the pH value to 9-12 by using a basic catalyst, dropwise adding formaldehyde with the concentration of 37%, keeping the reaction temperature at 70-100 DEG C in the dropwise adding process, finishing dropwise adding within 1-4 hours, and then continuously reacting for 2 hours at 70-100 DEG C; after the reaction is completed, cooling to below 50 DEG C, adding an acidic catalyst to adjust the pH value to 2-3, heating to 50-90 DEG C within 1-4 hours, then continuously reacting for 0.5-2 hours at 50-90 DEG C, heating to 80-100 DEG C, and reacting for 2 hours; after the reaction is completed, adjusting the pH value to 6.5-7.5, and carrying out reduced pressure distillation to obtain a bisphenol F crude product; and washing the bisphenol F crude product with water, and recrystallizing with toluene to obtain bis
