Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a glass bulb shell for a miniature atomic gas chamber. The preparation method comprises the following steps: grinding the end face of a bonding part of glass sheets which can be spliced into a whole sealing cavity until the surface roughness is less than 0.05 mu m; and after impurities are removed, the glass sheets are bonded together by molecular force. The invention further discloses a miniature atomic gas chamber which comprises a sealing cavity, and the sealing cavity is a glass bulb shell. The preparation method comprises the following steps: connecting the glass bulb shell with the rubidium-filled exhaust table by using the exhaust pipe; and after vacuum degassing, high-temperature distilled rubidium steam and buffer gas are filled into the glass bulb shell, finally, the exhaust pipe is pulled out, and the glass bulb shell is automatically closed up.
