The manufacturing method comprises the steps that S1, a magnesium alloy plate is provided; s2, aluminum foils are subjected to ultrasonic consolidation on the upper surface and the lower surface of the magnesium alloy plate correspondingly, a magnesium-aluminum metal composite plate is obtained, and under the combined action of vertical loads and ultrasonic vibration, the aluminum foils and the magnesium alloy plate are compounded together through short-distance diffusion and mechanical occlusion; and S3, the magnesium-aluminum metal composite plate is subjected to superplastic gas bulging forming, the magnesium-aluminum metal composite structure is obtained, an interface reaction layer is formed between the aluminum foil and the magnesium alloy plate, and metallurgical bonding is achieved.
