Escherichia coli compositions and methods thereof

In one aspect, the present invention relates to polypeptides and fragments thereof derived from E. coli, including compositions and methods thereof. Also disclosed herein are compositions comprising polypeptides derived from E. coli and fragments thereof; and a modified O-polysaccharide molecule derived from Escherichia coli lipopolysaccharide and conjugates thereof.
