Transfer method, transfer plant and transfer system of spent assembly

The invention discloses a spent component transfer method, a spent component transfer plant and a spent component transfer system. The spent component transfer method comprises the following steps: moving spent components from a storage pool into a transport inner barrel in a water channel of a storage room; the transportation inner barrel is moved into a transfer room water channel from a storage room water channel; moving the transportation inner barrel from the transfer room water channel to a draining station for draining; and the drained transportation inner barrel is moved into the transportation outer barrel at the loading station to be closed and sealed.
