The method comprises the following steps: constructing a radar air defense reconnaissance efficiency evaluation system comprising 4 evaluation dimensions, 13 evaluation indexes and 42 evaluation factors; a deep neural network is constructed, and the deep neural network is formed by parallel output of an equipment credibility evaluation sub-network, a battlefield survival ability evaluation sub-network, a signal detection ability evaluation sub-network and a signal processing ability evaluation sub-network and then cascading of an overall combat effectiveness evaluation sub-network; training a deep neural network; and sending the normalized data to be evaluated into the trained deep neural network, and outputting a radar air defense reconnaissance efficiency evaluation result.
