Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of FPGA fault-tolerant design, and relates to a fine-grained self-repairing circuit and method for an FPGA, and the circuit comprises a self-repairing circuit in the FPGA, a functional circuit of a user, and an interface circuit which connects the self-repairing circuit and the functional circuit. The self-repairing circuit comprises a configuration control module, a downloading module, a detection module and a repairing module. The functional circuit is a circuit designed by a user; the bit stream information of the functional circuit is analyzed through the self-repairing circuit to realize fault detection, positioning and repairing; the method comprises the following steps: (1) analyzing bit stream information of a functional circuit through a self-repairing circuit, and judging whether a circuit unit has a fault or not; (2) circuit unit fault positioning; and (3) carrying out fine-grained repair on circuit unit faults.
