The signal endpoint detection method comprises the following steps: acquiring a wrist movement signal of a user, wherein the wrist movement signal is a section of continuous signal generated when the wrist of the user moves; inputting the wrist motion signal into a pre-trained signal detection model to obtain a signal detection result, the signal detection result being a detection result for detecting whether each frame of signal in the wrist motion signal is a gesture signal; and determining an effective signal segment and a signal end point corresponding to the effective signal segment from the signal detection result based on a linear distance factor.
