Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a device for detecting nano-cattle-level force. The device comprises one or more micro-nano elastic pieces, the stress platform is arranged at the top end of the micro-nano elastic piece; and the displacement detection unit is used for detecting displacement change information of the stress platform. The invention also discloses an application of the device in detecting the mass or stress of the small particles.
