Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a scattered straw scattering and transferring device and a processing method. The scattered straw scattering and transferring device comprises a storage bin, a scattering roller set mechanism, a conveying mechanism, a distributing bent plate, a motor driving and control device, a supporting rack and the like. The scattered straw scattering and transferring device is used for straw treatment in sand-fixing grass grid laying operation, straw is put in the storage bin, the scattering roller is used for scattering the straw, the straw is scattered on the conveying belt, the conveying belt conveys the straw to the position in front of the distributing bent plate and is used for sand-fixing grass grid laying operation, and residual straw is separated through the distributing bent plate; straw is prevented from winding the conveying belt. According to the invention, scattered straws can be directly treated for straw grid laying operation. The scattered straw scattering and transferring device
