According to the method, fine regulation and control of the pre-welding structure of the base metal are achieved through the processes of stress relief annealing, solid solution treatment, aging treatment and the like, and the TLP diffusion bonding process and the mutual diffusion behavior between the interlayer alloy and the base metal are adjusted according to the pre-welding structure; the problems of rapid precipitation of gamma'phase and large microstructure change of 718Plus alloy and Ni3Al-based alloy in the TLP diffusion bonding process are solved, the defects of cavities, cracks, thick hard alloy and the like in a joint area are avoided, and a TLP diffusion bonding joint with uniform microstructure and good mechanical property is obtained.
