Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to an engine connecting rod laser cleaning and cleaning quality monitoring device and method.The device comprises a first conveying belt, a second conveying belt, a feeding mechanical arm, a discharging mechanical arm, a plurality of laser cleaning units and a plurality of cleaning quality detecting units; efficient cleaning of the connecting rod is achieved; and the connecting rod is automatically turned over in the conveying process through a double-layer different-direction conveying belt structure, so that the whole surface of the connecting rod is covered and cleaned, the cleaning quality of each time can be detected in combination with the cleaning quality detection unit, and the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning quality are improved at the same time.
