The present invention relates to a pollutionless paper-making process which uses wave-pressure pulp-making method and has no need of use of chemical agent, cooking and pulp-washing processes, and is characterized by that the raw material is processed by straw-cutting, straw-washing, preheating (using microwave, ultrasonic wave or steaming mode), refining, dregs-removing, concentrating, paper-making and rolling up finished product. Its yield of pulp is up to 85%, and the paper cost is reduced and quality is raised, and its technological process for making paper is simple.
