Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a bearing comprising a substantially cylindrical sidewall comprising a conductive substrate and a non-conductive or low-conductive sliding layer coupled to the substrate wherein the substantially cylindrical sidewall comprises a plurality of projections projecting radially inward or radially outward from a hole defining a central axis, wherein at least one projection is adapted to contact an opposing component such that the bearing has a void region free of a sliding layer at a contact point so as to provide electrical conductivity between the bearing and the opposing component, and wherein the at least one projection has a spring ratio of not greater than 30 kN/mm, such as not greater than 25 kN/mm, such as not greater than 15 kN/mm, or such as not greater than 10 kN/mm.
