Laser point cloud labeling device and method

The invention relates to a laser point cloud marking device and method. The method comprises the following steps: 1) a data acquisition module acquires laser point cloud data and image data which are in time-space synchronization; 2) a data labeling module automatically labels the image data; (3) auditing the automatically labeled image data and correcting the image data which does not pass the auditing; 4) establishing a mapping relation between the image data and the laser point cloud data by a three-dimensional scene reconstruction module; and 5) completing the labeling of the laser point cloud data according to the labeling of the image data based on the mapping relationship. Due to the sparsity of the laser point cloud, for a long-distance small target, the type and the boundary of the target are difficult to identify manually, and the image has rich textures and colors, so that the type and the boundary of the target are easy to judge; according to the method, the image data is marked firstly, then the
