A display device and an operating method of a touch driving circuit for driving a touch panel are provided. The display device includes: a touch screen panel including a touch panel and a display panel stacked under the touch panel; a touch driving circuit; and one or more reels on which at least a portion of the touch screen panel is wound. The touch panel may include receiving electrodes extending in a first axial direction and arranged in parallel in a second axial direction perpendicular to the first axial direction, and driving electrodes extending in the second axial direction and arranged in parallel in the first axial direction. The display panel may include gate lines and source lines intersecting the gate lines. The touch driving circuit may be configured to apply a driving signal to the driving electrode.
