The remote bone cement injection device comprises a vacuum air exhaust assembly, a stirring assembly, a pushing injection assembly, an adsorption assembly, a supporting assembly, an injection point adjusting assembly and an injection needle assembly. The vacuum pumping assembly, the stirring assembly, the pushing and injecting assembly and the control assembly are connected with the mounting end of the pushing and injecting platform, the mounting end of the adsorption assembly is connected with the first end of the supporting assembly, and the second end of the supporting assembly is connected with the first end of the injecting point adjusting assembly.
