Zusammenfassung:In accordance with aspects of the invention, provided herein are resins that: (a) are suitable for use in additive manufacturing techniques such as bottom-up and top-down stereolithography, (b) produce bioabsorbable articles, and (c) produce flexible or resilient articles (preferably at least at typical room temperature of 25 DEG C, and in some embodiments at typical body temperatures of 37 DEG C).
