Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a synchronous chemical conversion method suitable for various aluminum alloy and galvanized steel materials, which comprises the following steps of: 1, mechanically grinding or polishing an aluminum alloy plate and a galvanized steel plate to remove natural oxide films on the surfaces of the aluminum alloy plate and the galvanized steel plate; secondly, the aluminum alloy plate and the galvanized steel plate are subjected to acid degreasing pretreatment; and thirdly, the aluminum alloy plate and the galvanized steel plate are subjected to chemical conversion treatment, and the adopted treatment process comprises the steps that the aluminum alloy plate and the galvanized steel plate treated in the second step are soaked in a prepared conversion solution at the same time, the treatment time is 90-150 s under the conditions that the pH ranges from 3.5 to 4.5, the temperature ranges from 30 DEG C to 40 DEG C, and the conversion solution is a mixed solution of hexafluorotitanic acid with th
