Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a normalizing process for stabilizing AlN inhibiting force of low-temperature high-magnetic-induction oriented silicon steel, which comprises the following specific process flows: taking the high-magnetic-induction oriented silicon steel, and smelting, continuously casting and hot-rolling the high-magnetic-induction oriented silicon steel to form a steel strip; the steel strip is heated to the first-stage normalizing temperature T1, and heat preservation is conducted on the steel strip for 15-30 s; the steel strip is cooled to the second-section normalizing temperature T2 at the cooling speed of 10-20 DEG C/s, and heat preservation is conducted on the steel strip for 100-150 s; the steel strip subjected to secondary normalizing is air-cooled to the water inlet temperature T3 at the cooling speed of 5-10 DEG C/s; performing water cooling to 100 DEG C or below at the cooling speed of 30-50 DEG C/s; the water-cooled steel strip is subjected to cold rolling, decarburization annealing, high
