Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for purifying a vacuum heat treatment furnace for high-temperature alloy blades, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of single-crystal high-temperature alloy turbine blades of aero-engines. According to the method, the ceramic shell serves as an adsorbent, the ceramic shell is placed on a molybdenum frame in the high-temperature alloy blade vacuum heat treatment furnace, the ceramic shell is heated to a certain temperature, heating is stopped after heat preservation is conducted for a period of time, cooling is conducted, and therefore the ceramic shell adsorbs and purifies the inner surface of the high-temperature alloy blade vacuum heat treatment furnace. The heat treatment furnace is cleaned and purified by using the ceramic shell and performing simple heating and heat preservation operations. Mechanical damage to the heat treatment furnace caused by mechanical operation is avoided, operation is easy and convenient, implementation is easy, and cost is low.
