Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a non-diagnostic detection method of tetrodotoxin. A sensitive and rapid competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay is established by using obtained bacteriophages of mimic epitope peptides shown as SEQ ID NO: 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 or 11; the IC50 of the method is 9.8 ng/mL, and the detection range is 3.4 ng/mL to 52.8 ng/mL. Compared with a traditional immunoassay method based on hapten, the method is more sensitive; the method has good cross reaction on other marine toxins. 本发明公开了一种河豚毒素的非诊断目的的检测方法,其用得到的氨基酸序列如SEQID NO:1、3、5、7、9或11所示模拟表位肽的噬菌体建立了灵敏、快速的竞争型酶联免疫分析法;该方法IC50为9.8ng/mL,检测范围为3.4~52.8ng/mL。与传统的基于半抗原的免疫分析方法灵敏度相比,本方法更加灵敏;该方法对其他海洋毒素的交叉反应良好。
