The cruise ship damage emergency device comprises an electromagnetic ejection framework, a first-stage air bag, a second-stage air bag and an inflation pump. The electromagnetic ejection framework is provided with a magnetic telescopic mechanism which is used for opening a framework body under the electromagnetic action when powered on. The first-stage air bag is arranged outside the electromagnetic ejection framework in a sleeving mode and used for being inflated and opened under the action of an inflation pump. The second-stage air bag is arranged outside the first-stage air bag in a sleeving manner and is used for being inflated and opened under the action of the inflator pump; the inflator pump is arranged below the electromagnetic ejection framework and used for inflating the first-stage air bag and the second-stage air bag when the inflator pump is powered on.
